Please join me for a 1 hour guided session of Gentle Virtual Yoga. Make sure you have a yoga mat, a blanket, a bolster or firm pillow, and any other props you have on hand. I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher with 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through the Mount Madonna Institute, and a 20-hour Yin Yoga Program through Jennifer Raye Yoga. I am insured and licensed. Certified through Yoga Alliance, and trained to teach Classical Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama (Breathing Practices).
